Local Delivery Available

We currently deliver throughout our local area using our own delivery team. (Within a 20 mile radius of Chester le Street, County Durham)

Collection Welcome

You're also welcome to collect your order from our Chester le Street warehouse.

Items marked as local delivery only 

Are available to purchase in-store or via telephone for collection or delivery to local areas as specified above. Some items may incur a delivery charge.

For items available to purchase online via our website delivery is free to Mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands and the Grampian region). Please note that some items are only available for local area delivery.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis Isle of Skye Shetlands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man.

Free delivery is available on an agreed day Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.

Delivery Schedule

After placing your order we will contact you with an approximate delivery date. Once your order is ready for delivery we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time or if you prefer a collection date and time. Delivery days are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
